Nuva's iWITNESS is a high-end multidimensional Business Intelligence product, which provides for rigorous, drill down analysis of corporate data in an Organization. It is an integrated graphical query and analysis tool to support decision-making process at all levels in an organization. The iWITNESS enables decision-makers, business analysts and users to gain insight into data through fast and interactive access to a wide variety of views of the information that has been transformed from raw data. All of this is through a menu-driven graphical interface that enables users and decision-makers at all levels to use the software quickly and easily, without having to learn technical intricacies. The iWITNESS is a Relational OLAP (On-line Analytical Processing) Product. It enables users to explore and analyze data the way they want. Users, for instance, can view sales figures per region by salesperson, on-time delivery of products per region by product-type and so on. Exception reporting highlights the best or worst performing products or individual profit centres. Drill-Down features enables to find out the reason behind such performance figures, down to the lowest detail such as a particular invoice to a customer. Similarly the iWITNESS can be used for a wide range of applications ranging from the analysis of inventory, to costs, to profitability, to R&D performance. Interactive Analysis OptionsUser can perform analyses with two different options, the hyper-linked view or the multi-dimensional view. Various in-built templates are provided to suit various forms and analyses views such as Directory template, Header and Detail template and Graphical analysis template. Flexible visualization tools are provided to the users so that operations such as Rankings, exceptions, comparisons can be performed during analyses. Advanced algorithmic capabilities are also provided. These options are enabled through easy point and click functionality. Drill-down options can be set on any template to get to underlying factors behind data available. Multi-dimensional viewIn the multi-dimensional viewer the users can view data from any possible dimension. Users can slice and dice to display and analyze data in any combination. This allows users to anticipate business trends and uncover hidden patterns to locate opportunities or to identify problem areas. Graphical Query BuildingiWITNESS provides for graphical query building that can build queries directly from the databases using simple click operations. Tables from Multiple databases can be combined. Joins are also automatically validated and invalid ones are disabled. The created joins are intelligently updated to form a Joins Knowledge Base. Individual Databases, Tables and Fields can be assigned alias names, according to the users' convenience. Views of individual fields can be enabled or disabled in a query.
